Your First Visit to Our Santa Clarita Practice
A short check in process is your first step to meet you and to determine if any paperwork will be needed. You may have viewed our website and done this at home prior to coming to the office. If not then a short intake form will to be filled out.
Following this you will be taken back to your own room to meet and consult with the doctor and determine if an examination is indicated. If so then you will be asked to slip on a gown, a pair of shorts (or both), in order for the doctor to view your back and perform an orthopedic, neurologic and chiropractic examination. Once your condition has been evaluated you may receive therapy treatment the same day or you will be able to dress and move back out to the front office area for home and next office visit instructions. First days visit will range from 45 minutes to 1 hour in length.
